Absolute Restorations Sales Professionals Responsibilities Include  

  • Meet with potential clients to go over their roofing needs
  • Inspect any damage to the property
  • Canvass neighborhoods to seek new business

  • Provide accurate estimates to clients
  • Follow up with clients promptly.

Office Manager

Absolute Restorations is currently looking to hire an Office Manager to help us grow our restoration and construction company here  in West Allis, WI. Working for Absolute Restorations you will be working with a motivated sales team and a very dynamic company. Your Responsibilities will include Supporting the Sales Team, Supporting the Production Team, and General Bookkeeping responsibilities. We provide a great work environment and have a ton of fun as a team. 

Location: West Allis, WI

Position Type: Full-Time

Rate: Hourly – $18.50- $25 Depending on Experience

What you would do:

  • QUICKBOOKS  – General bookkeeping 
  • Commission Expense Reports  
  • Insurance liaison (will Train)
  • Building Material – Order Backup/Review 
  • Provide updates to Sales Personnel 
  • Preparing Weekly status reports from data provided by the Sales Manager
  • Website Interaction –  Posting – Social Media – Images – Videos that will be provided

Job Summary: 

Absolute Restorations is seeking a full-time Roofing Production Manager for our rapidly growing West Allis office. If you’re looking for a new career opportunity that rocks, Call us. Our Production Manager must be a motivated, self-starter that will take initiative to complete required tasks. Our Production Manager must be detail oriented, have good time management skills, be a team player and be professional.

Our Production Manager is responsible for scheduling and managing roofing systems installs, coordinating crews, material orders, dumpsters and job permitting. The Production Manager communicates with homeowners about construction expectations and safety precautions. The Production Manager will manage multiple installs per day, ensure production standards are met for crew productivity,  job site safety and OSHA compliance, manage multiple suppliers and vendors in a professional manner. 

Must have knowledge of all roof systems, material components, ability to get on roofs, and measure. Previous roofing experience is a plus.

Must have solid roofing experience (3+ years experience) with different roof systems, time management and organization skills. Use of CRM and MS Office (Excel and Word) a plus.

Candidates must be motivated, a self-starter that will take initiative to complete tasks, must be detail oriented, with good time management skills, have a team player mindset and be professional at all times.


  • Walk property, meet homeowner and confirm take-off
    Review Hover and Eagle View to order materials
  • Order/ Schedule material delivery for installs
  • Order/Confirm/Schedule dump trailers for installs
  • Coordinate and Schedule crews
  • Communicate and Send the office requests for in progress inspections
  • Update AccuLynx


During Installation

  • Post permit documentation
  •  Ensure all material is correct (quantity, colors, etc)
  •  Go over scope of work with crew (gutters, shed, skylights, vents, etc)
  • Ensure crew is harnessed, tied off, and complying with OSHA requirements
  • Check-in and Communicate with homeowner,
  • Discuss wood requirements with Account Manager and homeowner, all issues
  • Meet Building Inspector as needed
  •  Call inspector
  • Deliver wood or other materials to ensure production doesn’t stop
  • Take pictures and make sure crew is taking pictures
  • Communicate with homeowner, Account Manager and Office during install


Post production

  • · Complete Final walk through with homeowner
  • · Get Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) signed by homeowner
  • · Request office to schedule Final inspection
  • · Upload pictures of install and other information in AccuLynx



  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Successful background check
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • 3-5 years Roofing experience required
  • Knowledge of all roofing systems required
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
